Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information Mintora processes when you use its website, accounts, AI generation features, marketplace and newsletter. It describes the current platform implementation and should be read together with any notices shown when you use a specific feature.
Information you provide
When you create an account, Mintora processes information such as your name, email address and authentication details. If you contact support or subscribe to the newsletter, the information you submit, including your email address and message, is used to respond to you or manage your subscription.
AI prompts and generated responses
When you use the AI generation endpoint, the prompt and any optional system instructions you submit are sent to the PublicAI API to generate a response. Mintora's backend attempts to save the prompt, generated response and related provider/model usage information in its AI history records. Generation can still complete if saving that history fails. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information in prompts.
Account, session and service records
Mintora processes account and session information to authenticate users and protect accounts. The platform uses session cookies for access and refresh tokens. It also records service information such as AI usage, marketplace orders, payment references and payment status, where those features are used.
Uploads and marketplace activity
Files you choose to upload are processed to provide the relevant platform feature. If you use the marketplace, Mintora processes the order and purchase information needed to provide the transaction and related account functionality. Payment checkout may involve the external payment service configured for the transaction; Mintora's application records payment references, amounts and statuses.
Cookies, analytics and security
The website uses cookies required for account sessions and security. The current website implementation also loads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These services may use their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their providers' policies. The backend also processes technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Service providers
Mintora uses service providers to deliver platform functions. These include PublicAI for the current AI generation endpoint, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website measurement, configured email delivery services, and external authentication or payment services when those options are enabled. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and maintain accounts and platform features, generate requested AI responses, manage marketplace transactions, send requested service communications, respond to support requests, maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, maintain account and transaction records, address support matters and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type. You can request help with account or personal information by emailing support@mintora.tech. AI history can also be managed through the account features made available in Mintora.
Security and policy updates
Mintora uses safeguards including hashed account passwords and protected session cookies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when platform features or data practices change; the version published on this page is the current version.
